If I pay by monthly subscription can I upgrade and downgrade?

Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade and cancel your subscription at any time.

I am going to take the 14 day free trial, what is involved?

Our free trials give you full access and capability to the account type you select for the trial period.  After the trial period is finished, your subscription will begin automatically and we will deduct the first monthly subscription payment from your credit card at that time.

Can I cancel the free trial?

Yes, if you cancel the free trial anytime before it ends and you will not be charged.  If you cancel the trial, your account will be converted into the regular "Lite" / free account type.

If I quit or downgrade halfway through a month will I get a refund for the partial month?

We do not give refunds or credit for partial subscription periods.  If you wish, you may continue using the higher service level for the remainder of the month and then downgrade at that time.

Will the Lite / free account expire? Is it a trial account?

No, the free account does not expire nor is it a trial.  It is a real account which you can keep and continue to use.

Can I buy more bandwidth or storage for my account?

Please upgrade your account to the next level to get more bandwidth and storage.

What happens if I downgrade my account and my files are larger than the new lower account storage limit?

Currently, your files will remain in your account and be available for download.  If you are over your online storage limit, you will not be able to upload any new files until your used storage is brought back down below your limit.
